The aim of coaching is for people to be the best they can be.

Coaching is a process by which you take time to think through issues for yourself and come up with your own solutions. The premise being that people are resourceful, whether they know it or not and ultimately know what is best for them. My job as a coach is provide exactly the right conditions for you to understand the power of your own thinking which you can take with you, well after our sessions are complete.

Coaching sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. You can expect a supportive and structured environment, with some gentle accountability, where we’ll explore practical strategies to overcome challenges and foster positive change.

We’ll be completely honest about that during the discovery call or in the early sessions if it reveals itself then. If Headacity isn’t the right fit, we will do our best to recommend alternative options to support you going forward.

Yes, all sessions are confidential, subject to legal and ethical boundaries (safeguarding, risk of harm to self or others). Headacity Coaching and Mentoring are bound by UKIHCA professional standards.

Coaching is goal-focused and future-oriented, helping you identify what you want and create strategies to get there.

Mentoring is experience-sharing—learning from someone who’s walked a similar path. Mentoring will involve advice, strategies and signposting to resources.

Coaching and mentoring are NOT counselling or therapy. Therapy and counselling address mental health conditions, past trauma, and psychological healing. If you’re experiencing acute mental health issues, please contact your GP.
