What to expect from our online mentoring and coaching services

At Headacity Coaching, we bring a blend of experience and understanding of personal and professional wellbeing, helping you identify and overcome the challenges you are facing. 

We help you find clarity to navigate those problems, help you uncover the solutions and act as your accountability partner to ensure the goals you set are met and maintained.

Five Session

Clients benefit from 5 session blocks of support, which works out more cost efficient than five single sessions. Clients typically report feeling clearer, more in control, and equipped with practical strategies within 2-3 sessions.

Ten Session

Most clients book 10 session blocks which is by far the most cost effective and produces the best results. Sustainable change builds over time, with most noticing meaningful shifts in how they navigate challenges from Session 5.

Follow Ups

When reaching their goals, clients often benefit from single session follow ups for ongoing support and sustained development.

60 minutes (delivered as 55 minutes with 5-minute buffer)

Professional Mentoring offers guidance, experience-sharing, and practical support for educators, emerging leaders, career transitioners, and those entering the education sector. Drawing on two decades of experience across all levels of education, we provide  mentoring grounded in real-world experience.

  • Emerging leaders in education navigating their first leadership roles
  • Career transitioners entering education from other sectors
  • Professionals considering education as a second career
  • Those seeking mentorship from someone with lived experience of fast progression and burnout

  • Navigating school culture, politics, and leadership dynamics
  • Building confidence and presence in the classroom or leadership role
  • Managing workload, boundaries, and wellbeing in education

  • Learning from lived experience (including what not to do)

 

Approach: Mentoring is less structured than coaching—it draws on  lived experience, lessons learned, and practical guidance. Sessions are conversational, reflective, and focused on real-world application. Expect honesty, empathy, and actionable insights.

Payment And Policies

– Payment is due before the first full session for packages, or before each session for single sessions.

– Accepted methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe (card payments).

– Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice at no charge.

– Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit that session.

– Unused sessions in five session packages expire 6 months from purchase. Ten session packages expire 12 months from purchase (extensions available by agreement).

– A coaching / mentoring agreement will be provided for completion before your first session.

– All sessions are completely confidential unless you disclose risk of harm to yourself or others, or legal requirements apply.

– Notes are kept securely and never shared without your consent.
